Spiritual Mentorship AgreementÂ
Please Read for the Full Agreement
 Welcome and Purpose
Congratulations on choosing this powerful path to deepen your spiritual connection, activate your gifts, and step into your next level of ascension. This Agreement outlines our commitments to one another so that we can work together in trust, respect, and clarity.
Â
1. What Mentorship Is — and Isn’t
Mentorship is a collaborative, guided process to support your spiritual growth and ascension journey. We will explore your energetic blueprint, establish rituals and practices, and work through spiritual laws, fears, and activations in alignment with your purpose.
Mentorship does not include legal, medical, therapeutic, or financial advice. If such services are needed, you should seek appropriate licensed professionals.
2. Commitment to the Journey
By signing this Agreement and submitting payment, you agree to:
- Show up fully for each session.
- Honor scheduled appointments and agreed-upon timelines.
- Actively participate in the process and communicate openly.
3. Payment Terms and Options
Total Mentorship Investment (3 months): $2,664
Includes: Weekly 60–75 min private sessions, Voxer/WhatsApp access during set hours, personalized rituals and practices, and integration support.
Payment Options
- Biweekly Plan: 6 Ă— $444
- Monthly Plan: 3 Ă— $888
Special Entry for Current Clients
If you have an outstanding payment from a separate session (e.g., $333), that payment can be applied as a credit toward your first mentorship installment.
Biweekly Example: $333 credit → $111 due now, then 6 × $444 billed every 14 days.
Monthly Example: $333 credit → $555 due now, then 2 × $888 billed every 30 days, last payment 1 × $333
All payments are non-refundable and must be completed in full regardless of session attendance or participation. Late payments (more than 3 days past due) incur a $50 late fee.
4. Structure and Term
- Program Term: 3 months (12 weeks) from the date of the first mentorship session.
- Sessions must be used within the program term; unused sessions do not roll over.
- Final payment(s) may be due after the last mentorship session depending on your payment plan.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Client Reschedule: Minimum 24-hour notice required to reschedule a session. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.
- Mentor Reschedule: In the event I need to reschedule, I will provide alternative times.
6. Confidentiality
All personal information shared in sessions is confidential. Any testimonials, quotes, or shared experiences will only be used publicly with your written consent.
7. No Guarantees
While I will provide tools, guidance, and support to facilitate your growth, specific results are not guaranteed. Your success depends on your participation, energy, and integration of the work.
8. Health and Wellness Responsibility
You affirm that you are physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to participate in this work. The Spirit Womxn Limited Co. is not responsible for any medical, physical, or mental health outcomes.
9. Intellectual Property
All program materials, rituals, meditations, and resources remain the intellectual property of The Spirit Womxn Limited Co. You may not share, duplicate, or repurpose materials without written permission.
10. Termination
- Client Termination: Early termination requires payment of the remaining program balance in full.
- Mentor Termination: I may terminate this Agreement for disruptive behavior or repeated failure to meet commitments. All amounts paid remain non-refundable.
11. Cornerstones of Communication
- Shared Ownership of Issues
Your truth isn’t the only truth. Let’s both acknowledge that our perspectives are valid but not absolute. Respecting each other’s viewpoints means understanding that no single perspective holds the full picture. - One Issue at a Time, No Global Patterns
Avoid words like “always” or “never” when discussing concerns. Let’s focus on specifics and work through individual instances with clarity. Address:- What was actually said or done (or not done)
- Why this mattered to you
- What you’d like moving forward
- Both feelings and facts are important. To stay open, we need to be ready to discuss both objectively.
- Speak Only for Yourself
Avoid bringing in others’ perspectives (“Others feel…”). Each individual should raise their own concerns. Gossip is counterproductive. Bring issues directly to me so we can handle them together. - Solution-Oriented Approach
If you raise an issue, please include a solution or request. This keeps our focus on moving forward in a constructive way. - When in Doubt, Reach Out
Please don’t send complaints or frustrations via text or IM initially. Instead, give me a call, and we can document our discussion afterward. - No Assumptions, No Unspoken Expectations
Avoid assumptions whenever possible—ask questions to get clarity. Assumptions can strain relationships unnecessarily. - Only Commit to What You’re Fully Willing to Do
If you’re not fully on board with something, it’s better to say so upfront rather than saying yes only to share discontent later. - No Text-Based Endings
If you feel dissatisfied with any aspect of our engagement and want to end the relationship, I fully respect that. However, I ask that we have a formal conversation—via Zoom or email—as an initial step. Ending the partnership over text or IM shows disregard for the value of our work together.
12. Participation Agreement
This mentorship is an intentional, aligned partnership — not just a transaction. I work with clients who are ready to advance their gifts with focus, intention, and full participation over the next 90–180 days.
I believe in transparency and clarity, which is why I want you to feel fully oriented before you commit. If at any point before signing you feel this is not the right time, you may decline in writing — no pressure.
Growth work is both practical and deeply transformational. It may bring up excitement, doubt, or discomfort. These feelings are normal, as are life challenges that may arise during our work together. We will navigate them as part of the process.
Please understand that your commitment is both energetic and financial. Moments of fear, resistance, or uncertainty do not change your contractual obligations. This Agreement is designed to protect both of us and keep our work grounded, focused, and effective.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in Gwinnett County, GA.
